AGILE – PMI-ACP Exam Preparation
Agile is a Mindset. This three-day course provides participants with a solid foundation of Agile, but most importantly satisfies the PMI Educational requirement to sit for the PMI Agile Certified Professional (PMI-ACP)® exam. During class, participants will be introduced to PMI Agile concepts and practices focused on the 3 Roles, 5 Ceremonies, and 5 Artifacts of Agile/Scrum. Heavy emphasis is placed on having the student successfully pass the PMI-ACP exam. Sample questions and rapid exam response practice puts the student in real-time exam mode.

Scrum Master Certified (SMC™) professionals have a practical, working knowledge of Scrum that equips them to implement and work in a Scrum environment. The participants will be prepared to take SMC™ certification exam and pass. Also they will be able to apply the concepts in their day to day job.
