Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Course

CITI's PMP program is offered in a 5-day session due to the extensive curriculum. The new course curriculum has been changed to include more instruction in Agile Methodology and to refine the project management process to mirror current real-world methods.

The Project Management Professional (PMP) Exam Preparation course includes the foundations of PMI's PMBOK 6th Edition courseware and instruction in Agile Methodology.  The course is designed to be an intensive 5-day program that provides detailed knowledge of the PMBOK framework, the knowledge areas, a review of ethics and compliance, and the Agile comparative. You will be working remotely with one of our instructors, which allows interaction with your classmates and instructor in real-time, from wherever you are located.

Students will learn to apply project management processes to successfully plan and execute projects while discussing case studies and completing class exercises. The project management standards, tools, and techniques will be presented in detail related to the new curriculum and the PMBOK® 6th or 7th edition. This course includes a detailed review of the exam.

Student Responsibilities: Additional independent study (80 to 120 hours) post-training is recommended. Our Instructor-led course and the camaraderie of the student body allow for the formation of study groups and networking opportunities.

Course Materials: Enrollment in PMI's online curriculum and course materials are provided at no cost. Supplemental Training material will be provided by your instructor also at no cost.

Delivery Method: Virtual Instructor-Led Training

Duration: 5-Days, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) Exam Preparation

Whether you are new to a Project Management role, interested in making a career change to Project Management, or just want to start building your certification portfolio, achieving a CAPM® certification is the place to start.

CAPM – Certified Associate in Project Management grounds you in some of the key principles of Project Management.
